Thank you for shopping with A&L Beauty. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Locations

A&L Beauty currently ships to addresses within South Africa.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, packed or dispatched on:

  • Saturdays

  • Sundays

  • South African public holidays

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information (where available).


3. Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While A&L Beauty strives to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


4. Courier Partner

All orders are delivered using Aramex Store-to-Door.

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is carried out by an independent third-party logistics provider.


5. Delivery Delays

Although we work closely with our courier partners, A&L Beauty cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational delays;

  • Severe weather conditions;

  • Public holidays;

  • High shipping volumes;

  • Strikes or industrial action;

  • Road closures or accidents;

  • Civil unrest;

  • Natural disasters; or

  • Any other force majeure event.

Where a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you by communicating with the courier and providing updates on your shipment.

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.


6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

A&L Beauty is not responsible for delays, additional courier charges or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.


7. Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment using the tracking number provided.


8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will open an investigation with Aramex Store-to-Door and keep you informed throughout the process.

A parcel will only be considered lost once confirmed by the courier after its investigation.


9. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify A&L Beauty within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • Photographs of the parcel;

  • Photographs of the shipping label;

  • Photographs of the damaged item(s).

We will work with the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


10. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on our website.
